LaunchMob is proud to support HopeMob, a nonprofit organization that is the brainchild of Shaun King. Shaun is a serial social entrepreneur and proud family man who recently moved to California from Georgia to launch this new virtual community in April, 2012. LaunchMob is a founding partner, which means we support and assist with moving HopeMob forward and we see the vision that Shaun has painted of bringing people together from all over the world to spread the story of one person at a time bringing change and hope to one person and the entire community.
Our support and promotion of HopeMob fits with our corporate vision to be an active part of the communities where we work and play – virtual or IRL. Bringing people together or creating MOBS is an integral part of our corporate culture and it’s what we are all about. We also look for this when reviewing potential clients or new projects. We currently have volunteer projects with One Brick Orlando and Urban ReThink. One of current clients, Clean the World, also embodies social entrepreneurship and community development. We just finished a project for College Hunks Hauling Junk who value building entrepreneurs.
What are you doing to bring your corporate vision to life? What organizations do you support? Tell us below. We’d love to hear what you are doing to build your community.
Look for future posts about HopeMob, as we continue to support our generous strangers.
